Tele-Health Counseling and Life Coaching

  • These coaching sessions are focused on helping clients  looking to build self esteem and confidence, those dealing with codependency, those who need relationship advice, family programing and those dealing with addiction dependency within family members. I also work with women in recovery.


  • I provide FREE consultations to new clients. Our goal of the consultation is to discuss your goals and make sure you feel comfortable with me. This will help provide better understanding of your situation to ensure we are the right fit in progressing you through your journey.


  • Sessions are one hour at $90 per session. The frequency of sessions is up to you!


All sessions are self pay through Paypal, Apple Pay or Zelle and payment is required prior to the session. I do not work with insurance companies. 


*All sessions are strictly confidential and notes will be minimal so you can be assured that your confidentiality is protected.


Family Interventions

  • These sessions focus on helping families navigate through members with addiction. This would involve 3 sessions, starting with 2 meetings with family and friends to prepare a comfortable strategy and the third to facilitate the intervention. Sessions may take place within the home, at another neutral location such as a church, or a location where the client and family may feel most comfortable.


  • This includes a referral and support in getting your family member into a treatment facility.


  • Intervention sessions start at $2500 and may take up to 3 hours.


I am a certified Addictions Counselor in Florida, and an International Addictions Counselor.
