Jane has a way of showing such empathy with her clients. She truly listens and analyzes what you are saying before giving a response. She pulls back the layers on what the core issue is and I recommend her to everyone. She really cares about her clients and wants to see them be and do better for themselves.

Easy to work with. Jane is a great counselor. She understands human health and needs. I was a coworker with Jane and she can't be beat. Her genuine concern and understanding allow her the ability to suggest changes in a person's lifestyle to allow that person to move on with a forever plan for a healthy life path.

Jane is AMAZING and caring! I had physical, emotional, sexual trauma that led me into a life of substance abuse for 20+ years. I went to multiple rehabilitation programs, and would have at most 2 months of sobriety before another relapse. Having her as my therapist, was a Gift from God! She showed me strength when all I wanted to do was give up, because I felt I didn't deserve to be happy. She kept it "real" with me and would call me out on my "crap' I would try to feed her. She fought for me, when everyone else gave up on me. Because of her I can look in the mirror and think to myself, I am beautiful and worth every bit of happiness that my heart desires. Because of heart, soul, passion and compassion for other people, I write with a full heart that I will be coming up on a year of sobriety! She helped me achieve something I thought was lost forever, my 3 beautiful kids. Everything I lost, she pushed me harder to fight for. I'm a good mom, who made bad choices. I now have the skills, coping techniques and, self care for myself, to be successful when I am having a "off 'day". Please if you or a family member have, addiction, trauma or just need a friendly ear to listen. Take a chance with her, like she did me. You will be so happy that you did.

Jane is the sweetest!! She is affordable and such a great friend, you would forget she was a therapist. I enjoy talking with her, she really listens and remembers what you talked about. She is always thinking of you and never hesitates to reach out to you. Plus, she doesn’t charge you if you need to text her for any reason: emergency or not. If you need support, Jane’s your girl!

I have had quite a few mental health professionals in my life, and I can say with certainty Jane is the best listener and most empathetic one I ever worked with. She goes above and beyond, whether it be staying well over our time together or answering random texts whenever I am in need. I’ve always had a hard time staying in therapy- she did her part to encourage me to continue working on myself and my mental health. She does go above and beyond- truly caring for her clients.
